Foundations & Applications of a Trauma-Informed Approach

Presented by the Child Trauma Training Academy- Mount Saint Vincent and the Nebraska Panhandle Area Health Education Center.

Participants will be able to describe how typical brain development takes place, how trauma can impact development, potentially leading to challenging behavior, and strategies to help support those impacted by trauma. Participants will create an individualized plan applying concepts in a real-life case study.
