Child Development Associate (CDA)

The Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential™ is the most widely recognized credential in early childhood education (ECE) and is a key stepping stone on the path of career advancement in ECE. The CDA credential meets Head Start, Early Head Start, and Rule 11 requirements.

 

Where: TBD-Location will be chosen after registration.
Possible: Scottsbluff, Bridgeport
Trainer: Renee Miller
Cost: $225 for the series

 

Other: Participants should bring their Laptop.
In service hours will consist of 7 hours of class time, plus independent work completed by participants following each class. The series will provide at least 50% of the required CDA training hours.

Participants will have the opportunity to use their own experiences to prepare for each class in the series and apply the information gained to the individual program or classroom. A knowledge assessment will be given after the completion of each module to determine if the content has been mastered and identify areas where additional study may be needed. Participant sharing and discussion will enrich the learning experience for all.
