Cluster-Based Planning® Basic & Intermediate Training
April 2 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm MDT| Free
Cluster-Based Planning® (CBP) is an emerging best practice, developed by Synthesis, Inc. that facilitates clinical practice, recovery planning, program development, quality improvement, services research, and outcomes-based management of programs. This system has demonstrated that large groups of citizens needing services, such as youth with Serious Emotional Disabilities, should not be served as if they were all members of a single group. Instead, these larger groups are comprised of distinct, natural subgroups, or Clusters of people. By describing the shared, lived experiences of youth and families in different Clusters, we can use this information to identify and provide more focused services, and track targeted outcomes and costs.
