Panhandle Area Development District invites those involved in planning, zoning, and development in the Panhandle to attend the 2023 Planning Workshop! This includes clerks, planning commission members, attorneys, zoning administrators, city council members, and anyone interested in knowing more about community development.
Sessions will include planning and zoning basics, alternative housing options, best practices for regulating parking, signage, fences, land banks, and our annual hands-on mock planning commission session.
This is a local workshop hosted and attended by volunteer and professional planners in the Nebraska Panhandle. Mark your calendars and get registered for a great day of learning, sharing, and networking.
Check-in starts at 9:00 a.m. followed by the sessions starting at 9:30 a.m.
